Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (risk, safety, business, finance, transportation) is required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in risk management and/or safety leadership.
• Experience managing corporate insurance programs and renewal processes.
• Experience overseeing claims administration with TPAs and carriers.
• Proven ability to build a strong safety culture through employee engagement and compliance.
• Strong analytics, KPI tracking, and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer corporate insurance programs across multiple lines of coverage.
• Coordinate renewal cycles with brokers and carriers using exposure data and loss runs.
