Job summary

Din Tai Fung North America is seeking a Risk Management Analyst to oversee workers' compensation and general liability claims. You will partner with TPAs, carriers, and legal teams to manage investigations, reserves, and reporting, while supporting corrective actions across restaurant and support center operations.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring OSHA/compliance deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in workers' compensation, general liability, claims administration, or risk management.
• Familiar with OSHA reporting and insurance claims processes.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of workers' compensation and general liability claims — intake, documentation, tracking, and resolution.
• Liaise between TPAs, carriers, brokers, legal counsel, and field leadership; assist at depositions when needed.
• Review incident reports, ensure OSHA and insurer deadlines are met; drive corrective actions.
• Support return-to-work outcomes through coordination with People Experience teams.
• Analyze claim data to surface trends and recommend risk-reducing actions.
