Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, or Collections.
• Expert SQL skills and a passion for analyzing data in the Risk domain.
• Candidates with 3+ years of relevant experience and an advanced degree may be considered based on depth and relevance of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics to improve repayment rates and optimize collection costs.
• Develop insights to monitor performance and identify trends, anomalies, and emerging risks.
• Identify optimization opportunities in Zip’s external debt collections strategy and monitor agency performance.
• Own your analytics end-to-end and collaborate in a highly collaborative environment.
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to drive high-visibility strategic initiatives.
• Explore AI opportunities to improve collections decision-making and automate insights.
