Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, or related program
• CPA, CIA, or equivalent designation(s) required
• Twelve (12)+ year(s) experience with risk advisory, internal/external audit, business process reengineering, and/or internal controls, with internal audit experience in healthcare, Life Sciences or Technology preferred
• Seven (7)+ year(s) of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates
• Successful track record of building and growing a Risk Advisory practice, including building a team, a client base and managing revenue
• Proven track record of new business development
• Ability to travel as needed for client engagements

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, management and strategic direction with a focus on exceptional client service and financial success
• Translate vision into an actionable business plan with measurable objectives
• Team with marketing to develop sales and marketing plans and pursue new clients
• Coordinate firm resources to deliver top-quality products and services
• Ensure training and development opportunities with timely feedback and recognition
• Oversee profitability and utilization of personnel
• Develop knowledge of clients’ businesses and provide strategic risk and process improvement advice
• Lead client interactions to identify risks and propose improvements
• Deliver executive summaries and final reports to clients
• Present findings to internal and external audiences
