Qualifications

• 2-3 years of supervisory experience in Rides or Aquatics preferred.
• Previous ride operation experience from Amusement/Theme Park employers considered.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the rides operations team and related departments.
• Lead by example and uphold Adventureland's core values ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.
• Mentor and coach Hosts; assist with hiring, training, and performance coaching.
