Job summary

Adventureland Park is seeking a Rides Supervisor in Altoona, IA to support the Rides Manager with the safe, efficient operation of park rides and a high-quality guest experience.

Requirements include 1+ season in rides, 1+ year supervisory experience, and completion of iROC training. English proficiency required; bilingual skills are a plus. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of previous supervisory experience desired.
• 1+ season of work experience in the Rides Department required.
• iROC certification course completion is part of training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Rides team and other departments as assigned.
• Ensure safety, ride operation procedures, and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with scheduling, training, coaching, and performance points.
