Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a skilled RFP/Proposal professional to manage end-to-end responses, analyze deal terms, and craft compelling proposals aligned with client needs. This role requires coordinating with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure accurate, timely submissions and ongoing client follow-up.

The position emphasizes adherence to proposal requirements, rigorous content management, and leveraging standard templates to streamline processes and improve win rates.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end RFP response process from analysis to submission.
• Analyze deal scenarios and contract terms; coordinate with Sales leadership on proposals.
• Prepare written responses for RFIs/RFPs and edit content like business proposals and presentations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance, product) to gather information for each RFP.
• Maintain monthly RFP tracking log with Won/Loss/Pending metrics.
• Plan and prepare business presentations and data analysis for proposals.
• Facilitate proposal review and ensure final submission is accurate.
• Conduct post-submission follow-up with clients to address questions.
• Ensure conformity with all proposal requirements (formatting, content, delivery).
• Maintain a library of standard responses and templates for RFPs.
