Job summary

EyeMed, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a lead writer and project manager to respond to the organization's largest and most complex RFPs. You will provide consultative marketing and sales operations support to EyeMed's Sales and Account Management teams, including proposal writing and finalist presentation development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of professional writing experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong persuasive writing and storytelling abilities.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration.
• Brand and voice consistency in corporate communications.

Responsibilities

• Owns large RFP responses with a primary focus on major clients.
• Leads proposal writing, project management, and final presentations.
• Coaches and develops a subset of proposal writers.
• Manages the RFP database and improves processes.
• Ensures responses meet legal and brand requirements.
