Job summary

EyeMed Vision Care is seeking a lead writer and project manager to respond to its largest and most complex RFPs. You will provide consultative marketing and sales operations support to the Sales and Account Management teams, including proposal writing, project management, and finalist presentation development.

As a team lead, you will coach and develop a subset of proposal writers, conduct peer reviews, and ensure responses align with EyeMed's brand voice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years writing experience including strong persuasive writing skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated success in problem solving, collaboration and communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, identify/address problems, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead responses to EyeMed's largest and most complex RFPs.
• Provide consultative marketing and sales operations support to Sales and Account Management teams.
• Coach and develop a subset of proposal writers; conduct peer reviews.
• Manage RFP database training, updates, and quality assurance.
• Ensure responses meet legal requirements and align with brand voice.
