Job summary

CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Staff RF Test Engineer to design and implement advanced RF test plans for satellite and aerospace systems. You will work with cross-functional teams to build reusable test architectures, analyze results, and drive test strategy across hardware and software domains.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years of RF testing experience, expert RF measurement skills, and hands-on lab instrumentation knowledge.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 12 years of RF test systems design, analysis, and implementation experience.
• High proficiency with RF measurements (Linearity, NSD, EVM, etc.).
• Experience with lab instruments and measurement abstraction layers.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and implement engineering test plans and procedures.
• Collaborate with design and test engineering teams to develop test requirements and reusable architectures.
• Log and present results to key stakeholders; manage lab and equipment purchases.
• Architect RF test systems and participate in design-for-test planning from early stages.
