Job summary

CesiumAstro in Austin, TX, is seeking a Senior RF Test Engineer to design, analyze and implement RF test plans for space-grade communication systems. You will work with multi-disciplinary teams and architecture reusable test solutions, including lab equipment management and test automation.

The ideal candidate has strong RF measurement expertise, experience with VNAs, VSAs, signal generators, and scripting.

Qualifications

• BS or higher in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 5+ years in RF test system design and implementation.
• Strong RF measurement skills (Linearity, NSD, EVM).
• Experience with lab instruments and test automation.

Responsibilities

• Architect RF test systems and reusable architectures.
• Design and execute RF test plans; analyze results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams; present results to stakeholders.
• Oversee lab operations and equipment purchases.
