Job summary

CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior RF Test Engineer to design and implement RF test plans for satellite and aerospace systems. You will work with multi-disciplinary teams to address hardware test needs and contribute to test architecture development.

The ideal candidate has strong RF measurements expertise, experience with lab instruments, and the ability to communicate results clearly to stakeholders. This is a hands-on, startup-like environment with emphasis on autonomous work and design-for-test.

Qualifications

• BS or higher in Electrical/Computer Engineering.
• 5+ years RF test system experience (or 4+ with MS).
• Strong RF measurement skills (Linearity, NSD, EVM).
• Experience with lab instruments and test automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze and implement RF test plans and procedures.
• Collaborate with design and test teams to develop reusable test architectures.
• Log, present and review test results with stakeholders.
• Lab and equipment management; guide equipment purchases.
