Job summary

Anduril Industries, Costa Mesa, seeks a Senior Systems Integration & Test Engineer to drive verification, automation, and deployment of next-gen EW systems. You will lead integration testing across hardware, software, firmware, and RF, and design automated tests to increase coverage and efficiency.

This role requires 8+ years in hardware/software verification, a BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering, and proficiency with RF test equipment, Python or MATLAB, and Linux.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hardware, software, and system-level verification/testing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Proficient with RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, signal generators, VNAs, oscilloscopes, multimeters).
• Comfortable navigating Linux, shell scripting, and debugging utilities.
• Experience using Python or MATLAB for data parsing and test automation.
• Strong root-cause analysis and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to travel up to 40% for field tests and demonstrations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain system-level test strategies and plans for EW product lines.
• Collaborate across hardware, software, firmware, and RF teams to integrate and test EW products.
• Perform integration testing on subassemblies and full systems across RF/digital hardware and software layers.
• Design and implement automated tests to increase coverage and efficiency.
• Triage and troubleshoot system-level failures to identify root causes.
• Analyze telemetry to reproduce issues, validate fixes, and ensure reliability.
• Serve as a liaison for deploying integrated hardware-software products at test sites.
• Travel to internal and customer sites to validate EW capabilities in real-world environments.
