Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hardware, software, and system-level verification experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Proficient with RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, signal generators, VNA).
• Proficient with Linux, CLI, scripts and debugging tools.
• Experience with Python or MATLAB for data parsing and automation.
• Strong root-cause analysis and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% for field tests.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain system-level test strategies and plans for EW product lines.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, firmware, and RF teams to test products.
• Perform integration testing on subassemblies and full systems.
• Design and implement automated tests to improve coverage and efficiency.
• Triage and troubleshoot system-level failures to identify root causes.
• Analyze telemetry to reproduce issues and verify fixes.
• Support deployment and field demonstrations at internal and customer sites.
• Travel to support flight tests and demonstrations.
