Job summary

Falcata seeks a Systems Integration Engineer in Huntsville, AL to lead multi-disciplinary teams in RF sensor development for precision weapons or EW domains. You will guide development and production, including hardware, software, and mechanical integration, field testing, and configuration management.

Candidates should have a BS in engineering or applied science and 10–12 years in the industry, with radar/EW product development experience and the ability to obtain SECRET DoD clearance.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or applied science (e.g., electrical, mechanical, software, physics).
• Minimum 10–12 years of industry experience.
• Radar and/or electronic warfare product development experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain SECRET DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, development, test, and production transition of RF sensor products.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams across hardware, software, and firmware.
• Collaborate with Program Management to scope work, manage risks, and drive the technical roadmap.
• Engage with customer to address mission challenges and ensure manufacturability.
