Job summary

FALCATA is seeking a Field Service Engineer (FSE) for the Product Solutions division, located in Huntsville, AL, or other supported sites in Aurora, CO; Arlington, VA; or Bedminster, NJ. You will guide integration, testing, and field deployment of subsystems across customer platforms.

The role requires collaboration with customers and engineering teams to resolve issues, develop test plans, and ensure timely delivery while traveling up to 40% as needed. A SECRET DoD clearance and U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, or related).
• Minimum 5 years in systems integration, testing, or engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience integrating RF-based subsystems onto larger platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving in field environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% as required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET DoD Clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply FALCATA product hardware and software operations.
• Support integration and testing of subsystems for field testing and demonstrations.
• Provide hands-on technical support across mechanical, electrical, software, and firmware interfaces.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with internal and external teams.
• Develop and execute integration test plans and documentation.
• Evaluate data to assess product performance and drive improvements.
• Document behavior, anomalies, configurations, and reproduction steps.
• Communicate needs and feedback to product engineering teams.
• Ensure activities are completed on schedule per program requirements.
