FALCATA is seeking a Field Service Engineer (FSE) for the Product Solutions division, based in Arlington, VA, with additional locations in Huntsville, AL; Aurora, CO; Bedminster, NJ. The role blends systems engineering with hands-on testing to deploy subsystems onto larger customer platforms.

The position involves up to 40% travel to customer and partner sites, collaborating with internal engineering teams to resolve issues, develop tests, and document results for future product improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in systems integration, testing, or engineering.
• Hands-on experience integrating subsystems onto larger platforms (RF-based preferred).
• Willingness to travel up to 40% and obtain SECRET DoD clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply product hardware and software operations, including theory of operation and troubleshooting methods.
• Support integration and testing of FALCATA subsystems on larger platforms for field testing and demonstrations.
• Provide hands-on technical support across mechanical, electrical, software, and firmware interfaces.
• Develop, execute, and refine integration test plans and procedures; document results.
• Evaluate data and communicate issues to engineering teams to enable product refinement.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and program management to capture lessons learned and improve processes.
