Qualifications

• BS in STEM with 8+ years in systems engineering or RF subsystems.
• Advanced STEM degree with 5+ years in relevant domains.
• Experience defining and decomposing system requirements and managing changes.
• Experience capturing and maintaining system requirements documents.
• Active, transferable U.S. government security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain RF and EE system and subsystem requirements.
• Decompose higher‑level requirements into RF subsystem requirements for design and testing.
• Provide RF/EE integration, verification, and failure investigations.
• Lead technical discussions and coordinate across engineering disciplines.
• Engage with customers and suppliers to ensure requirements alignment.
