Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in STEM and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• RF signal processing experience in the RF domain.
• Experience with C/C++ or OOP languages (C++, C#, Java).
• Experience with algorithm design, implementation, analysis, testing, and optimization.
• Ability to lead or manage engineers in an engineering environment.
• Ability to obtain Interim Secret clearance prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Act as a signal processing expert and lead complex program objectives (budget/schedule).
• Develop, prototype, test, and validate RF algorithms and models.
• Participate in lab, field tests, and live-fire environments to verify performance.
• Provide signal processing expertise in design reviews, peer reviews, and briefings.
• Mentor engineers and/or manage an engineering project.
