Raytheon Technologies in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Senior RF Engineer to contribute to RF subsystems and sensor design for missile products. The role requires onsite work in Tucson and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.

The candidate will design, test, and measure RF sensors and subsystems, perform link-budget analysis, and address RF performance across frequencies from MHz through millimeter-wave. A security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
• 5+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 3+ years of related work.
• Experience with RF subsystems and RF sensors.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and integrate RF sensors and subsystems from MHz to mmWave.
• Decompose system requirements into RF subsystem requirements.
• Measure RF components and assess performance in chamber/range environments.
• Model/link budgets, RF cascades, EMI, antenna patterns, and ADC characteristics.
