Job summary

OSI Systems, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer to design, develop, and integrate complex RF transmitter systems. You will work with cross-functional teams to define requirements, perform verification, and drive system integration across subsystems.

The role requires a BS in EE with 8 years of defense industry experience and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance. Travel and on-site collaboration are expected as part of program delivery.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related field with extensive system integration experience.
• Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance and operate in defense programs.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for IPT collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering for RF transmitter systems and subsystems.
• Develop requirements, verification plans, and test procedures.
• Support RAM, FMECA, MTBF/MTTR activities and CBM data generation.
• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders through lifecycle stages.
• Prepare materials for major technical reviews and provide risk mitigation.
• Interface with DoD environments and ensure regulatory compliance.
