Qualifications

• Must have an engineering degree and 8+ years in defense systems installation, integration and test.
• Must be able to obtain DoD Secret Clearance.
• Strong problem-solving and lab debugging skills required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with IPTs and peers.
• Some travel (10–20%) may be required depending on project phase.

Responsibilities

• Apply system engineering principles to design and integrate RF transmitter systems.
• Capture, allocate, and verify requirements across lifecycle with stakeholders.
• Support subsystem integration, testing, and verification activities.
• Prepare materials for major technical reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR).
• Lead Interface Control Document development and documentation.
• Provide RAM analysis, FMECA data, MTBF/MTTR as part of reliability tasks.
• Collaborate with DoD teams adhering to regulatory requirements.
