Job summary

RTX in Atlanta, GA seeks a Systems Engineer for the Advanced Airborne RF Sensors group to integrate hardware and software for EW systems. You will design signal processing, run tests, and verify performance across the product lifecycle in an on-site setting.

The role provides hands-on experience with MBSE/Agile methods, and requires collaboration with IPTLs to implement process requirements while supporting test and integration activities. Relocation may be available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, Physics or Computer Science (STEM preferred).
• Experience with tools, such as MATLAB or Python, for data analysis and automation.
• Experience with troubleshooting technical issues with electronics using common test equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer).

Responsibilities

• Develop electronic warfare signal processing and control algorithms.
• Support creation/modification of test plans, simulations, and lab tests.
• Evaluate RF system performance and verify interfaces.
• Assist in integration, verification, and troubleshooting in lab and field.
• Prepare performance evaluations using MATLAB and maintain specifications.
