Job summary
OSI Systems, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to lead the technical aspects of state-of-the-art RF transmitter systems within an IPT.
You will translate customer requirements into technical design, perform analyses with MATLAB/Simulink, HFSS, and Spice, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet contract milestones, while traveling to site installations and pursuing a Secret security clearance. Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills are essential to drive on-time
Qualifications
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience translating system level requirements to functional areas for implementation.
- Knowledge of RF and digital systems, as well as some mechanical design.
- Strong verbal and written communication and ability to influence project teams and customers.
- Willingness to travel to support site installations and ability to obtain/maintain Secret security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Identify customer’s technical expectations for communication to the project team.
- Perform detailed technical analyses at subsystem or system level using Matlab/Simulink, Ansys HFSS, Spice, Inventor, etc.
