Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior RF System Analysis Engineer in Plano/McKinney, TX to support radar sensor systems production and sustainment. You will analyze RF data, model performance, and work with engineers to resolve complex issues on-site.

The role requires 5+ years in RF analysis, AESA experience, Matlab proficiency, and the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance. Occasional travel is expected as you ensure robust, producible designs for DoD programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related STEM discipline.
• Minimum 5 years RF data analysis and fault isolation experience.
• Experience with AESA, DREX subassemblies, and RF test equipment.
• Production program experience and ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform failure investigations and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop analysis tools to support problem identification and resolution.
• Conduct trade studies to optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with Systems Engineers to implement solutions.
• Identify and mitigate technical risk; generate management reports.
• This on-site role requires travel ~15% and no remote work.
