Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior RF Test Systems Engineer for an onsite role in McKinney, TX. You will support STaRS Test Automation, troubleshoot test equipment, analyze data, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance across radar systems.

The position requires a STEM bachelor's degree, 5+ years in automation test equipment, and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance. Relocation is eligible and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
Minimum five (5) years of experience with emphasis in Automation Test Equipment/Unit Under Test (ATE/UUT) Test Systems Engineering.
Engineering experience for hardware and test software development, integration, verification, validation, and maintenance in production environments.
Experience communicating within cross-functional teams (test personnel - electrical, software, mechanical).
Experience with RF technology across radar systems.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot test equipment, circuit boards, cables, etc.
Analyze data gathered and develop solutions to optimize performance.
Facilitate project tasks with functional teams to align with project objectives.
Work well in a team environment and independently toward goals.
