RTX is seeking a Sr. Principal Systems Engineer – RF Signal Processing for the Tucson, AZ site. This onsite role focuses on design, development, prototyping, integration, testing, and performance assessment of RF signal processing algorithms used across RTX products.

You will lead technical objectives, mentor engineers, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver robust RF solutions, with eligibility for U.S. security clearance and relocation support where applicable.

Formación

• Degree in STEM with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with RF/EO/IR signal processing and algorithms.
• Ability to obtain Interim Secret clearance prior to start.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as SME and lead complex RF signal processing objectives.
• Develop, test, and validate RF algorithms and models.
• Collaborate across development phases from startup to live-fire testing.
• Mentor engineers and manage engineering projects.
