Job summary

Northstrat, a GRVTY company, is seeking a Senior Production Technician to build, test, and deliver RF-based systems for space electronic warfare production contracts. You will lead hands-on assembly, integration, and acceptance testing while ensuring QA compliance and documentation.

You will work on-site in Northern Virginia with opportunities for limited remote work due to the hands-on nature of the role, coordinating with production and engineering teams to ensure on-time delivery and

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and 8+ years of relevant experience; or 12+ years without a degree.
• Should have functional knowledge of ground systems capable of transmitting and receiving RF emissions.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to read and interpret test procedures and technical documents.
• Must be physically able to lift, rack, and stack equipment with safety.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in software loading, hardware, and network issues.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with production, logistics, and facility managers on materials, schedules, and steps in the production process.
• Assist with production planning for multiple system designs.
• Build and integrate electronic equipment.
• Complete production checklists and acceptance test procedures with QA.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues with engineering as needed.
• Log production data and maintain records in the ticketing system.
• Manage hardware/software configuration and test reports.
• Assist in set up and calibration of test equipment for new runs.
• Participate in continuous improvement and training programs.
