Job summary

Northstrat is seeking a Junior Production Technician to build, test, and deliver systems for space electronic warfare production contracts. The role covers hands-on build-up, integration, acceptance tests, and documentation while maintaining QA standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to read and interpret test procedures and technical documents.
• Physically able to lift, rack, and stack equipment.
• Ability to work effectively under time constraints.
• Basic troubleshooting skills in software loading, hardware, or network issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with production, logistics, and facility managers on material availability, production schedule, delivery need dates, and steps throughout the production process.
• Aid with production planning for multiple system designs.
• Build and integrate electronic equipment.
• Complete production checklists and acceptance test procedures in coordination with quality assurance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical (hardware and software) issues as they occur in coordination with the engineering team as needed.
• Administratively track production tasks and assets in our ticketing system for proper documentation.
• Document production data and maintain accurate records.
• Operate and monitor test equipment verifying calibrations are current to ensure data integrity.
