Job summary

GRVTY, based in Northern Virginia, seeks a Senior Production Technician to build, integrate, test, and deliver space electronic warfare systems for production contracts. This hands-on role requires RF-system experience, on-site manufacturing, acceptance testing, and meticulous documentation.

You will coordinate with production, logistics, and QA, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 8+ years of relevant experience; or 12+ years of equivalent experience without a degree.
• Knowledge of ground systems capable of transmitting and receiving RF emissions.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with production, logistics, and facility managers on material availability, production schedule, delivery dates, and steps throughout the production process.
• Build and integrate electronic equipment.
• Complete production checklists and acceptance tests with QA.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues with engineering as needed.
• Document production data and maintain records.
• Support delivery with test reports and calibration verification.
