Job summary

Northstrat, a GRVTY company, is seeking an experienced Senior Production Technician to build, test, and deliver RF-based electronic systems for defense production contracts. You will lead hands-on assembly, perform acceptance testing, and troubleshoot hardware/software issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires a STEM degree with 8+ years of relevant experience (or 12+ years without a degree) and the ability to work on-site in Northern Virginia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 8+ years experience, or 12+ years without a degree.
• Experience manufacturing RF-based electronic systems.
• Ability to read/test procedures and document results.

Responsibilities

• Build, integrate, and test electronic systems for production contracts.
• Perform acceptance tests and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and QA to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain configuration management and produce test reports.
• On-site work in Northern Virginia with limited remote options.
