Job summary

Northstrat Incorporated seeks a Senior Production Technician to build, test, and deliver RF-based space electronic warfare systems from our Northern Virginia facility. The role requires hands-on assembly, integration, acceptance testing, and coordination with QA and engineering.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of RF manufacturing experience or 12+ years of equivalent work, plus strong troubleshooting, documentation, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 8+ years of experience, or 12+ years of equivalent experience without a degree.
• Experience manufacturing RF-based electronic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret test procedures and technical documents.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with production, logistics, and facility managers on material availability, production schedule, delivery dates, and steps through production.
• Build and integrate electronic equipment.
• Complete production checklists and acceptance tests with QA coordination.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with engineering as needed.
• Pack and ship systems and document production data and test reports.
• Maintain configuration management and test reports for delivery.
