Job summary

Insight Global partners with a leading semiconductor company to identify a Senior Product Engineer with deep RF expertise. This backfill role supports a retiring technical lead and combines hands-on product validation with technical mentorship across the team, focusing on Software Defined Radio platforms.

You will lead RF evaluation, validation, and debugging, perform lab testing with spectrum analyzers, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally to push products from

Qualifications

10+ years of RF engineering experience.
Strong analog and mixed-signal background with product engineering/validation experience.
Hands-on experience with spectrum analyzers and RF lab tools.
Exposure to DSP or software-defined platforms.
Ability to mentor or lead engineers technically.

Responsibilities

Lead RF product evaluation, validation, and debugging for RF-based platforms.
Perform hands-on lab testing using spectrum analyzers and RF lab tools.
Analyze and verify wireless radio performance across analog, RF, and digital domains.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of junior engineers.
Own individual projects as an IC while also supporting broader team initiatives.
Collaborate cross-functionally to help drive products from development to production.
