Job summary

You will coordinate across design, test, manufacturing, reliability, applications, foundry and marketing to ensure successful product launches and ongoing yield optimization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Product Engineering or Design Engineering depending on education level and experience.
• Experience with RF front-ends and components such as LNA, Switches, Antenna Tuning Switch, Wifi/Bluetooth PA, Digital Attenuators, Phase Shifters, DC-DC converters, PMIC.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• New Product Introduction: define production test plans, experiments to study performance, and standardized test methods for new product lines.
• Product Sustaining: improve yields during production, review production lots, reduce test time, analyze customer returns.
• Change Control: review production changes and perform electrical characterization to support qualification.
• Failure Analysis: drive studies on customer returns and failure modes affecting yield.
• Team Leadership: mentor engineers and lead cross-functional teams.
