Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Senior RF Design Engineer to design and bring cutting-edge wireless products to market. You will lead RF circuit development from concept through production, collaborating with a skilled team across multiple disciplines.

The role requires at least 5 years of RF design experience, deep microwave knowledge, and a strong grasp of wireless communication principles. A collaborative, innovative mindset and commitment to excellence are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Communications Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant industrial RF design experience.
• Deep understanding of electronic and RF circuits and Microwave theory.
• Strong knowledge of RF system design and wireless communication principles.

Responsibilities

• Design, modify, and manage RF and communication products from conception through production and release.
• Lead RF circuit design from concept to manufacturing, including transceiver design, RF PA, LNA, filters, matching, synthesizers, VCOs, and mixers.
• Conduct RF circuit measurements using spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and network analyzers.
• Verify designs meet technical requirements through analysis, simulation, and measurement, documenting results thoroughly.
• Support field studies and system testing to validate performance and reliability.
