Job summary

Secmation seeks a Senior RF Communications Engineer to advance next‑generation RF and Electronic Warfare capabilities for national defense. You will work hands-on across SDR, radar, secure communications, and RF sensing from design through integration and field demonstrations.

The role emphasizes hands-on development with occasional travel, collaborating with DoD customers and a small, high‑skill team to solve challenging RF problems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years in RF systems, SDR, radar, or EW.
• Hands-on design, implementation, validation, and field testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of RF and EW capabilities from design through field demonstration.
• Hands-on system integration, HWIL testing, and validation.
• Collaborate with DoD customers and engineers on mission-critical projects.
• Document findings and present results to stakeholders.
