You will work with RF, digital, power, mechanical, thermal, and structural engineers to advance production-ready solutions.

The role emphasizes end-to-end design, testing, interface with vendors and customers, and documentation. Strong background in RF systems and space-grade hardware is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or RF communications (or equivalent).
• 8+ years of relevant RF experience.
• Solid RF theory and practical understanding of communications/navigation systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of RF products and phased arrays.
• Model and simulate antenna performance for current programs.
• Collaborate with RF, digital, power, mechanical, thermal, and structural teams.
• Transition developments from new product introduction to production.
• Interface with vendors and customers and develop test plans.
• Support product documentation including ICDs and user manuals.
• Drive proposals and requirements specifications based on capabilities.
