Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Senior Product Quality Engineer to lead quality strategies for Electromagnetic Warfare hardware. You will own RCCA, MRB, and supplier quality, driving reliability from concept through production and field use.

The role requires 5+ years in electronic quality for PCBA or similar, AS9100 experience, RF/electronic systems expertise, and the ability to obtain a US security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar technical field.
• 5+ years in product quality, manufacturing quality, or reliability for electronic systems.
• AS9100 Quality Management System knowledge required.
• Experience with RF/electronic systems and PCBA development.
• Ability to obtain US security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own RCCA and MRB activities for PCBA and system-level interactions.
• Lead quality requirements from concept through production and field use.
• Define process controls, incoming material inspection, and end-of-line testing.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on quality requirements across engineering and manufacturing.
• Mentor junior quality engineers and establish best practices.
• Support change control and risk assessment related to production parts.
