Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a senior RF design engineer in Costa Mesa, CA to drive complete RF receiver/transmitter designs from requirements through production. You will optimize up/down-conversion chains, phase noise, and PCB layouts for high-performance systems used in defense applications. Qualifications include 7+ years in RF design, a BS in EE, and the ability to obtain a U.S.

Qualifications

• BS Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years of RF design experience.
• Experience designing RF receiver/transmitter signal chains.
• Experience with discrete RF components (LNAs, filters, mixers, PLLs).
• Experience with ADC/DAC, anti-alias reconstruction filters.
• Experience with PLL/LO design and phase noise analysis.
• Experience with schematic capture and board bring-up.

Responsibilities

• Design RF receivers, transmitters, and transceivers from requirements to production.
• Architect RF up/down-conversion and signal chains optimizing noise/distortion.
• Model, simulate, test, and optimize RF/mixed-signal circuits.
• Select and integrate high-speed data converters and baseband circuitry.
• Design clock trees and LO architectures with low phase noise.
• Perform system-level spur analyses and mitigation strategies.
• Own radio PCBA design and test through lifecycle and NPI.
