Zusammenfassung

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Product Quality Engineer to join the team, focusing on PCBA quality and overall reliability across the product lifecycle. You will collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to drive quality improvements in electromagnetic warfare products.

You will lead RCCA/MRB activities, containment, data-driven quality metrics, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, while mentoring junior engineers in a fast-paced defense

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in product quality, manufacturing quality, or reliability engineering for electronic systems or PCBA products.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100 Quality Management System requirements.
• Experience with safety-critical circuitry of ISD/ESAD.
• Quality strategies for PCBA development and production.
• Experience with RF/electronic systems and PCBA design, development and sustainment.
• Reading Gerber files and schematics.
• Use of testing instruments (multimeter, oscilloscope, probes, thermal cameras).
• IPC 610/620 and J-STD-001 knowledge.
• FMEA, APQP, GD&T knowledge; RCCA and MRB experience.
• Experience in aerospace/defense or similar complex hardware; cross-functional project ownership.
• Ability to obtain and hold a US Security Clearance.

Aufgaben

• Own risk elimination to improve reliability across the lifecycle with focus on PCBA quality.
• Define and improve product and process requirements with production collaboration.
• Drive cross-functional alignment for quality requirements across stakeholders.
• Lead RCCA and MRB activities; mentor junior engineers on investigation methods.
• Lead containment actions on the production line and ensure rapid response.
• Lead product health data analysis, define metrics and dashboards.
• Support customer quality issues and refurbishment testing.
• Assist change control with quality risk assessments for engineering changes.
• Drive continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
• Mentor and develop junior quality engineers and inspectors.
