Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Product Quality Engineer for Core Tech to lead quality efforts on RF and PCBA hardware used in defense systems. You will partner with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to ensure reliable, compliant products from concept through production and field use.

The role requires strong knowledge of AS9100, FMEA/APQP, and RCCA/MRB processes, with hands‑on leadership and mentorship. A clearance‑ready background is valued.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in product quality for electronic systems or PCBA.
• AS9100 knowledge and quality system experience.
• Experience with RF systems and PCBA development.
• IPC 610/620 and J-STD-001 knowledge/certification.
• Ability to obtain and hold US security clearance.

Aufgaben

• Own the elimination of product risk to improve PCBA quality across the lifecycle.
• Define, execute, and improve product and process requirements with cross‑functional partners.
• Drive cross‑functional alignment to define and execute quality requirements.
• Lead RCCA and MRB activities for PCBA and system interactions; mentor junior engineers.
• Lead containment actions and rapid response across shifts and work centers.
• Develop product health metrics, dashboards, and reporting cadences.
• Support change control board with data‑driven risk assessments.
• Drive continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
