Job summary

Anduril Industries is hiring a Product Quality Engineer to define and drive quality processes for complex defense compute solutions. You will lead RCCA/MRB activities, collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers, and ensure quality from concept to field use.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in high-volume manufacturing quality, experience with FMEA/APQP/PPAP, and familiarity with GD&T and MSA. Travel between CA HQ and Ohio may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar technical field.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• 5+ years developing quality systems for high-volume, high-complexity manufacturing environments and suppliers.
• Experience in aerospace/defense hardware or similar.
• Knowledge of FMEA, APQP, PPAP elements such as MSA and GD&T.
• Experience with data mining and statistical analysis tools (MatLab, JMP, Minitab).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate RCCA and MRB activities across programs.
• Define and execute product quality objectives from concept through manufacturing to field use.
• Drive product development to establish quality processes, verification, validation, and qualification.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define the product roadmap and sustainment plans.
• Monitor quality metrics and implement continuous improvement across lifecycle.
