Job summary

Raytheon Technologies in Tewksbury, MA, seeks a Senior Principal Electrical Engineer with deep RF/Microwave system theory and AESA experience. You will design, validate, and test microwave components, subsystems, and CCA interfaces, supporting production activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in STEM and 10+ years of microwave/RF design experience.
• Experience with electromagnetic simulation tools HFSS, ADS, CST, Xpedition, and MATLAB.

Responsibilities

• Design and hands-on testing of microwave components, cards and systems.
• Lead roles with responsibility for cost and schedule on programs.
• Coordinate technical decisions with other IPTs and stakeholders.
• Travel to integration sites, customer, and subcontractor facilities as needed.
