Job summary

RTX (Raytheon Technologies) is seeking an Antenna and Microwave Engineer for an onsite role in Tewksbury, MA. The position requires U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret security clearance.

You will design and test RF/microwave components and systems, develop AESA architectures, and lead integration and testing of phased array hardware while supporting production and cost/schedule management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field.
• Minimum two years of microwave/RF design, analysis, and testing experience.
• Experience with electromagnetic simulation tools (HFSS, ADS, CST, Xpedition).
• Proficiency with MATLAB for analysis.
• Hands-on testing using spectrum analyzers, VNAs, PNAs.

Responsibilities

• Design and testing of RF/microwave components, cards, and systems.
• Develop AESA architectures and subsystems.
• Integrate and test phased array hardware at component and system levels.
• Support production activities.
• Lead teams, manage cost and schedule; write proposals and present to stakeholders (desired).
