Job summary

Axon is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer specializing in RF hardware to own architecture, integration, development, and validation of multi-transceiver systems powering connected devices. You will lead RF decisions from chipset selection to mass production as a founding hardware team member.

Hybrid role with onsite work at our hubs in New York, Boston, or Scottsdale, AZ; travel up to 50% may be required to support the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in chip-down RF design and board-level integration.
• Strong background in multiple wireless technologies.
• Hands-on HW bring-up and debugging with RF test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Own RF hardware architecture, bring-up, and validation.
• Lead schematic, PCB design, and RF integration activities.
• Drive certification, production, and mass manufacturing readiness.
• Collaborate across Antenna, Mechanical, Firmware, and Systems teams.
• Provide technical leadership on wireless hardware decisions.
