Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Systems Engineer for the Electronic Warfare team. You will lead end-to-end systems engineering across concepts, development, and deployment, coordinating across disciplines to ensure robust EW solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of hands-on systems engineering leadership experience.
• Experience in ESM and EA/ECM in ground-based or aerial EW domains.
• Experience with embedded devices and Software Defined Radios (SDRs).
• Experience creating requirements, traceability, and verification/validation.
• Ability to coordinate across disciplines and lead reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR).
• Excellent technical writing and ability to explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret/Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering across the full product life cycle from concept to deployment.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams to define, implement, and validate requirements.
• Prepare and own CDRLs and conduct design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR).
• Convey technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Balance multiple projects and work both in a team and independently.
