Job summary

Intelligent Waves LLC seeks an RF Engineer – SME to lead architecture and development of RF spectrum monitoring solutions. You will guide system design, analyze RF environments, and mentor military personnel to strengthen mission capability.

Hybrid role in San Antonio, TX with travel up to 20%. Active SECRET clearance required; TS/SCI achievable. You will collaborate across hardware/software teams and contribute to documentation and deployment.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• DoD 8570/8140 IAT II (or equivalent) within 90 days.
• Minimum 5 years of systems engineering experience with RF systems.
• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or RF Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance in architecture and design of RF spectrum monitoring systems.
• Conduct advanced RF system analysis using simulations to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to deliver integrated solutions.
• Install, deploy, and document RF-based software on Windows and Android; mentor military personnel.
