CesiumAstro in El Segundo, CA, is seeking a Senior RF Engineer to design RF circuits for satellites and aerospace platforms. You will own hardware development from concept through testing, including schematic capture, PCB layout, and system-level link budgets.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years of RF electronics design experience.
• Experience with CST, ADS and Altium.
• Hands-on with lab instruments (VNA, spectrum analyzer, signal generators, oscilloscopes).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own RF circuits and systems through all development phases.
• Perform board-level schematic design and PCB layout for RF circuits.
• Develop block diagrams, detailed schematics, PCB routing, simulations and test designs.
• Present design review materials to customers and executives.
• Contribute to proposal-writing efforts.
