Job summary

RTX in El Segundo, California, is seeking a Senior RF Design Engineer to advance circulators, radiators, filters, and other passive RF components for AESA platforms. This onsite role emphasizes microwave measurement, EM simulations, and delivering clear technical presentations.

You will work with printed circuit board and ceramic substrate technologies, collaborate with peers and program leadership, and support new business development activities.

Qualifications

• BS in a STEM field required; 5+ years RF/Microwave experience.
• Experience with AESA/phase array components and RF assemblies.
• Proficiency with RF modeling tools and microwave test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develop circulators, radiators, filters and other RF/microwave components for AESA systems.
• Perform design analysis, verification, troubleshooting, and testing of modules and subassemblies.
• Deliver clear technical presentations to peers and leadership; support new business efforts.
