Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in compensation or rewards, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to work with large, imperfect data sets. HR tech familiarity, including Workday, is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in compensation or rewards
• Experience with analytics, benchmarking, or job architecture
• Advanced Excel with data tooling
• Ability to work with large, imperfect data
• Strong stakeholder management and communication
• Familiarity with HR tech/workday a plus

Responsibilities

• Analyze compensation data and provide actionable insights for Reward initiatives
• Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analysis using established methodologies
• Support job architecture, salary structures and pay range development
• Work across data sets, identify inconsistencies and data gaps
• Develop tools and reporting to improve accuracy and efficiency of compensation activities
• Support the annual compensation cycle and ongoing Reward processes
• Partner with HR and stakeholders to translate data into practical solutions
• Assist evolution of compensation processes and infrastructure
• Apply quality control and attention to detail across compensation data
• Tackle complex, ambiguous scenarios with sound judgment
